John McCadden- MPT, Senior Physical Therapist, SCS (Sports Certified Specialist)

I have  been a licensed physical therapist since 1998.   I graduated from Santa Clara University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Combined Sciences.  I received my Master Degree in Physical Therapy in 1998 from the University of St Augustine.   I am certified by the American Physical Therapy Association as a sports rehabilitation specialist.   Additionally, I am a Functional Movement Specialist with a SFMA certification and am proficient with FMS (Functional movement screen).  My experience and education allow me to provide the following services:

  • Sports Medicine Rehab with specialization in 

    • ACL rehab and injury prevention

    • Overhead throwing injuries

    • Concussions

    • Return to play testing

  • Orthopedic injuries including foot & ankle, knee, shoulder and elbow

  • Work related injuries

  • Spine rehabilitation

I enjoy working with all ages.  I have a passion working with athletes.   I have experience working with athletes from middle school up to professional level.  

My passion is to educate and assist patients to help them achieve their goals and help restore full function.   I am a native Texan.  I love the outdoors and spending time with my wife, Colette, and our four kids: Greg, Evan, Owen and Meagan.  My biggest passion is sports; and I am a big Cowboys fan but an even bigger Rangers fan!   I look forward to working with you and helping you achieve your goals!
