ROMEO: Designed for men who may be fearful of falling with a focus on improving dynamic balance and ability to perform functional activities. Class includes use of specialized equipment used to improve stability.
Balance & Beautiful (B&B): Designed for women who enjoy incorporating reformer pilates in their weekly workout routine along with other specialized equipment including stability chair, and Biodex Balance system.
ArthroFIT: Designed for individuals preventing, preparing for, and/or recovering from knee or hip joint replacement surgery. (COMING SOON!)
