Class Descriptions

Women's Boot Camp: Designed for fairly active women who want more structure and direction with their workouts. Class incorporates circuit training that helps improve arm, core, and lower body strength.

ROMEO: Designed for men who may be fearful of falling with a focus on improving dynamic balance and ability to perform functional activities. Class includes use of specialized equipment used to improve stability.  

JULIET: Designed for women who may be fearful of falling with a focus on improving dynamic balance and ability to perform functional activities. Class includes use of specialized equipment used to improve stability.  

ReBalance: Designed for women who enjoy incorporating reformer pilates in their weekly workout routine along with other specialized equipment including stability chair, and Biodex Balance system.

Reformer Pilates Legs: Semi-private class that address core and lower body strength and stability using pilates reformer.

$15/class for group classes (4+ more participants)

/class for semi-private classes (2-3 participants)
