I attended The University of Texas in Austin for my undergraduate degree in Exercise Science. Afterwards, I received my Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. I have worked in the outpatient orthopedic setting with a variety of ages and diagnoses. These include: post-operative care, return to sports and injury prevention, hip, knee, ankle, shoulder, elbow pain & rehabilitation, lumbar, thoracic and cervical pain and rehabilitation, and wellness visits.
I have advanced training in sports rehabilitation, manual techniques and dry needling. I have a passion for physical therapy because I get to help people get back to doing what they love, and I thoroughly enjoy the relationships I build with patients. I am excited to pursue the addition of Women’s Health/Pelvic floor topics and techniques to my practice. My personal interests include running, working out, hiking and anything outside in the sunshine. I spend my free time with my husband and 1-year-old son who keeps me on my toes.
