I attended Hardin-Simmons University for my undergraduate degree in Exercise Science. I earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Hardin-Simmons University in 2019. I have experience working with the geriatric population in the in-patient rehabilitation setting, including a variety of diagnoses and conditions like stroke, traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, post-surgical, dementia, and more. I have over 3 years of experience as a health coach for women who want to elevate their health, feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. I have advanced education in Lifestyle Medicine and barbell lifting techniques, and I am currently working on my Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certification. I have a passion for empowering people to achieve better health so they can live a better, longer life with less pain, better recovery, and more energy. My personal interests include health & fitness, nutrition, playing tennis and pickleball, reading, being outdoors, and trying out local coffee/food . I spend my free time with my boyfriend and cattle dog.
